Copper tubes is common in heating systems, especially connecting heating elements as radiators, fan units and similar elements. The table below can be used to estimate heat carrying capacity of copper tubes type L:

1) The table is designed for a temperature of 20oF drop in radiators and heating elements. For other temperature drops the values must be changed accordingly. With a temperature drop of 10oF the capacities must be multiplied with 0.5.
